Memory 3 (won Day 17, taken Day ##)
Trivial-Positive: Experiments with the Charon Virus.
Details: Won in the Dream Traveler's I Can't Believe It's Not Baccano! game.
Isa-era. He's in a windowless, high-tech medical facility/lab, with a lot of other lab-coated birds. There is a mourning dove sitting in a bare room with a glass wall for observation purposes. As Shuu watches, a series of human test subjects of varying ages, sizes, sexes, and number are repeatedly pushed into the room with the mourning dove. Each human dies in the same way upon entering the room: quickly, painfully, and gasping for breath. Shuu makes observation notes the whole time.
The mourning dove doesn't look too happy about the experiments, which Shuu notices at some point and doesn't understand. Doesn't he want to get revenge on the humans who destroyed the orphanage that was his home? he muses to himself. No matter. There is research to be done, and the research is very promising.
Results:
- The humans are dying due to something called the "Charon Virus".
- The mourning dove was the carrier for this "Charon Virus".
- Lots of humans dying very fast = good news. 'v'
